It comes standard with an adjustable tilt stand and a powerful 15 amp three speed (no load 900/2100/4150 rpm) motor that is equipped with a slip clutch. The HH1531 is engineered for drilling through reinforced concrete, brick, block, and stone. The bit capacity when hand held is 3", and when rig mounted the bit capacity is 10".
