This chain will NOT work on the original manufacturer's bar/sprocket. To use this chain, you need to use the included bar and sprocket.
This kit works on a 7 spline gear wheel. If your saw is a Husqvarna or Partner, and has an 8 or 9 spline gear wheel then you will need to purchase a gear wheel kit (sku:588679701) to convert it. Please call us at 1-866-268-2600 for more info.
You should always change the sprocket with every new chain. The bar should be changed every two chains.
