The Premium Black Dry Hole Saw has the highest quality diamonds that provide for long life. This bit is built for use with a hand-held tool on brick, block, and concrete. The Premium Black Dry Hole Saw is laser welded. Laser welding not only gives the bit the ability to cut through concrete, but it also helps to prevent segment loss.
Core travel is 9", thread size is 5/8"-11. Use wet or dry.
Dry Core Bits can be used with hammer drills provided you have: 1) the correct adapter and 2) a setting on your drill for spin only (the hammer action will blow the diamonds right off the bit, making it useless).
